How it Works

Small Work Groups

ULTRA SMALL GROUP WORK

Share your work in an ultra small group of two to eight people in private online groups. I participate in each group, and I act as facilitator.

configuration

THE PROCESS

  • We do written grid work (and processes) following the format in the Abraham Hicks teachings. I will provide formats (worksheets) but you must already be familiar with Law of Attraction as taught by Abraham.
  • The processes are done Teresa-style. The main components are:
    • Tell the story (give us the dirt) in the contrasting situation.
    • Identify how you feel (the grid you’re creating).
    • Name the “opposite end of the stick” as how you want to feel (the grid you want to create).
    • Write a dozen statements that you believe, that support the energy of the “grid you want to create.” These statements are also known as “better-feeling thoughts.”
    • To be clear, we don’t end the process when we feel better, we end it after at least twelve better-feeling thoughts.
    • After each better-feeling thought, take the vibrational temperature. Write in parentheses or brackets how that thought felt.
    • When you’re new to working with me, you’ll be able to write 12 statements and complete a process. When you’re a veteran, you’ll have to write 12 statements that feel good in order to complete a process. So statements that are “good words but not moving the energy” need a “try again” statement until you do find some relief.
  • The actual process must be posted; a post along the lines of “I did my process” does not count.
  • You are allowed to take one day off (day of grace) per week. A participant who misses posting a second day in a given week will be removed from the group for the remainder of that week. They are expected to rejoin the group when the new week starts for your group.
  • This means you will post written work a minimum of six days a week. Most people post for all seven days, because it’s easier than trying to keep track of whether they’ve used their Day of Grace that week or not.
  • You’ll listen to recent Abraham seminar CDs. This is done via a lending-library program where you will receive a CD a week from the person ahead of you on the list, and you’ll mail the previous CD to the next person on the list.
  • We use a private forum. You’ll need to join this forum in order to sign up, then join that group when your week is “on” to post processes. We’ll explain in more detail after you sign up.

Kindred SpriritsKINDRED SPIRITS DOING THE WORK

  • People share the ups and downs of their lives. You’ll read how they apply the Abraham teachings to deliberately choose their focus and vibration. In the days that follow, they’ll report back about how the Universe rearranged circumstances around them. If you find yourself following their stories, you’ll start looking forward to seeing how things unfold.
  • Likewise, the other group members will be reading your processes and following along with how things unfold for you.
  • Nobody gives advice except me. Fellow group members may say, “I love how you always get those green lights!” but they’re not going to tell you how you could get more green lights.

That means you don’t give advice either. The biggest reason is, I don’t want you all preaching to each other. Take care of your own alignment, then notice what’s going right with the other guy.

Other reasons are, once you start commenting it feels like you’ve got to comment on everyone’s post. And that starts getting time-consuming.

But if you’ve got lots of time and you want to comment anyway, I’ve got guidelines for it. As in, your work is to see your groupmates as fine where they are. Therefore, no advice and no suggestions — because we give someone advice when they’re not fine where they are. So find some way that all is well with that person, something that sincerely feels good to you, and then share that. (Which basically means, do a private process to feel good about the person and/or their situation. Then share the best-feeling thoughts from that process.)

Dates

SCHEDULE

The dates of daily posting reflect every-other-week. So you post daily for 7 days, then you have a week off, then you resume for 7 days, and so on. I refer to this as alternating weeks.

There are two groups and their dates (their alternating weeks) dovetail. (On the week that your group is off, the other group is posting.)

For people who want to post every day (not to have weeks off), they accomplish this by signing on for both groups. If you sign up for both groups…

  • Those doing both groups will post every week
  • Some people prefer this because they maintain the momentum
  • Other people prefer this because it lets them choose their time off (because the dates of the ‘off’ weeks don’t necessarily coincide with when chaos shows up in their household)

If you have an erratic schedule and/or you are having a hard time doing your work and you’re signing up because you really need the accountability — you’ll do better with posting every week. It’s easier to maintain momentum than to stop and have to start again.

There is special pricing for these folks; instead of paying double the alternate-week rate, you’ll pay a special fee. (For eg. instead of $99×2=$198/month, it will be $150/month)

Testimonials

Video Producer, Alexandria, VA

Before, I would pull out a notebook and write down appreciations, do a focus wheel (with a circle in the middle and the 12 spokes), and play with the alphabet game. I usually worked with process when I was wanting to feel better about something. I kept telling myself that I’d write everyday

Nurse, Alexandria, VA

Really the only process I did prior to this was appreciations and occasionally “what if.”

I really enjoyed doing the processes [during this program]. I had read about the focus wheel, but had found it rather confusing. I liked the way Teresa presented it and found it to be really helpful in moving energy.

I loved your program. I love the work you are doing. Your attention to detail was impressive. It showed in your feedback and also when I had a question about formatting you were right on it and very helpful.

About Teresa

I began listening to Abraham CDs on a daily basis in late 2003 (still do). Within a few months, however, I had to admit a vast chasm between getting the concepts intellectually, and actively living them.

This desire to put the Law of Attraction into action is what drew me to the meetups, as well as to working with coaches myself.
