I thought I would keep up with the written processes [on my own] but I didn’t…
I participated in this in the past and found the accountability very helpful. And I’ve seen the shift ‘just’ from investing time doing a written process.
I thought I would keep up with the written processes but didn’t. I mentally notice things to appreciate and listen to Abe CD’s every day but there is nothing like a written process.
I feel very good to see how I’m now getting good at this work
I feel very good to see how my life is changing -to see how good I’m now getting at this work. I am grateful for the opportunity – and I want more.
I did not spend much time reading other people’s processes. I always looked to see your process. I continue to be inspired by the way you take something gnarly and find ease.
I don’t have the skill or the patience to teach this work…
Online posting worked for me because I could do it from home, or work. The flexibility appealed to me.
The big benefit is the life changing results of applying these teachings. I don’t have the skill or the patience to teach this work – but I like hanging out with people who are skilled at applying these teachings.
This is a great way to really make progress. Applying the teachings is key, reading and listening is good but actually doing a written process is illuminating. And if you want ‘get in the fast lane’ it’s great to have feedback.
And no one does it better.
