Twice recently my alarm didn’t go off.
I don’t know about you but I’ve got my morning routine down to a science. Oversleeping does not fit in there.
I use the my iphone to wake myself up. Last night I decided to try to figure out what was up. While I was fiddling with the settings, I noticed “Songs” as an alarm option.
And I had an Aha moment.
What if I were to wake up to the Abraham “In the Vortex” Guided meditation? I scrolled through my songs until I found it. Selected it.
This morning I woke up to Abraham’s (nice, strong) voice, guiding me through an uplifting “breathe in, breathe out” meditation.
This was something I had tried to do with a sleep app a year and a half ago. It didn’t occur to me then to select it as the regular ole alarm.
What did this tell me?
A few things.
- Manifestation of a specific desire that I had released (wanted this since early 2013; now it’s manifested)
- Something “wrong” (alarm not going off, or being too quiet to be of use) being the path to something desired
- Clearly having achieved a new vibrational setpoint in order to rendezvous with this (because, ahem, the technology existed in 2013!)
- Fun tip to share (wait until YOU wake up to Abraham’s voice guiding your thoughts and breathing!)
I am so enjoying waking up to this meditation that I wanted to tell you about it.
